Do something good for yourself and be part of a yoga community in East London (we sometimes go for drinks or coffee too!).
Everyone is welcome – whether you practice regularly or are just starting out as a beginner. Options will be given so that you can tailor your practice to suit you, each and every week. Come and connect movement with your breath, find your flow and also enjoy some stillness with a well deserved savasana.
Please bring a mat if you have one, or you can hire one. Other props will be provided - you are welcome to bring your own too.
Even if you think you may not be able to do yoga, get in touch and I'll be happy to help with your specific concerns.
The Farm is wheelchair accessible, and so is this yoga practice. Chairs are available if you prefer to practice seated.
